HONOR Docs

HONOR Docs can automatically bring together documents saved in various applications, and also enable you to create new documents, convert formats, edit, save, print and share documents to experience easy creation and efficient office work on the mobile.

Create New Doc

Open HONOR Doc, tap to create a new doc.
On the creation page, the phone provides various common functions for you to use. Such as creating new doc, creating new sheet and creating new folder. You can also use “Scan document” or “Extract table” or use PDF Tool to convert formats.
Take “Creating new sheet” as an example:
1. Tap “New sheet” and edit the content.
2. Tap in the upper right corner to save it, you can enter name, location, and tap to save it.
3. Tap to mark the document, tap to share the document.
You can view and further edit the newly created document in Recent or the file location.

Scan Documents

On the creating screen of HONOR Docs, select Scan document.
Aim the camera at the documents to be scanned, tap > Confirm and continue to scan (you can also scan multiple pages continuously). After scanning, tap > Save and follow the instructions to select the saving format.

Format Conversion

On the creating screen of HONOR Docs, you can choose to convert images, sheets or docs into PDF as needed.
Take Sheet to PDF as an example:
1. Tap Sheet to PDF, select the sheet for conversion, and tap Start converting.
2. Select storage location and tap .
3. After conversion, you can share, add tags or insert annotations to the converted PDF as needed.

Manage Docs

In the document list, you can long press a document or a file to share, mark, move or delete it. You can also tap to print or rename the document.
On the main page of HONOR Doc, you can tap to quickly find the document that you want based on name or type.
On the main page of HONOR Doc, you can also tap to sort the documents based on formats or name, time, size, tags, etc.

Collect Docs

In the document list, you can long press a document or file and tap > Favorite to collect it.
After long pressing a document, you can tap to select all and collect them.
You can quickly find the collected documents in the Collect on the left.

Add Tag to Doc

In the document list, you can long press a document or file and tap to add tag.
After long pressing a document, you can tap to select all and tags together.
After the tag is added, you can quickly find the document in the Tag list on the left.

Share Docs

In the document list, you can long press a document or file and tap to share it.
After long pressing a document, you can tap to select all and share them together.

Print Docs

In the document list, tap > Print in the lower left corner, and you can complete printing by following the on-screen instructions as needed.

Rename Docs

In the document list, tap > Rename to rename the document or folder.

Delete Docs

In the document list, you can long press a document or file and tap to delete it.
After long pressing a document, you can also tap in the upper right corner to select all and delete them together.
