Problem
After the watch is connected to the mobile phone, when the phone's Bluetooth is turned on again after being turned off for a long time, the watch cannot connect to the phone automatically.
Cause
After the phone's Bluetooth is turned off and disconnects with the watch, the watch will periodically reconnect with the phone. If the Bluetooth is turned on after being turned off for a long time, and the watch does not initiate reconnection at that time, the Health app will indicate that your watch is disconnected.
Solution
- Keep your watch and phone within the specified connection distance. Press the Up button to wake the watch screen, wait a few seconds, and check whether the watch and phone are successfully connected. Or, tap on your watch name displayed in the Health app to reconnect, and check whether it can be connected successfully.
