Problem:
- The phone/tablet automatically sends SMS messages and makes phone/tablet calls, while there is a spike in data usage.

Cause:
- If you download and install an app from an unauthorized source, the installation package may contain malicious malware. When you install such package, your mobile phone/tablet will be infected with viruses.
- If you access certain insecure links, your phone/tablet may automatically download and install malicious malware on the background.
- If you have rooted your phone/tablet, the system's security will be compromised and your phone/tablet will be vulnerable.
Solution:
- Update the virus library to the latest version, then scan and kill the viruses.
Go to System Manager>
> Online virus scan and select Wi-Fi only or Wi-Fi and mobile data. - If the issue persists, try restoring your phone/tablet to its factory settings.
Restoring your phone/tablet to its factory settings will delete certain data from your device memory, including your account data and system settings, as well as installed apps and related app data. To prevent the loss of important data, please back up your important data in advance.
