HONOR Care Accidental Damage Protection is a service guarantee product provided by HONOR MOBILE ELECTRONICS TRADING L.L.C. This Agreement is a valid contract between you and us for HONOR Care Accidental Damage Protection, please read carefully and fully understand this Service Agreement, this Agreement constitutes a binding legal document for both parties. Your purchase shall be deemed to have agreed to or authorized you to enjoy the rights and interests of the Service Products in accordance with this Agreement.
1. Product name
HONOR Care Accidental Damage Protection(1-year)
2. Content of the product
1) After your device has been provided with HONOR Care Accidental Damage Protection service (Purchased or Gifted), under normal use, if the device is damaged or broken due to accidental collision, accidental drop, accidental crushing, or liquid damage during the protection period from the date of purchase, you only need to pay the repair labor fee of approximately 110 AED,without the cost of spare parts.
2) HONOR Care Accidental Damage Protection can only be used once per device.
3. Service availability
HONOR Care Accidental Damage Protection coverage is only available under the following terms and conditions:
1) The device must be purchased for the selected model within 7 days from the date of device activation.
2) The device is within the validity period of the accidental damage protection service and has not been used.
3) None of the circumstances listed in Section 4 of this Agreement are covered by the warranty for accidental damage protection.
4) These devices must be purchased in GCC.
5) GCC warranty:Any HONOR Customer Service Center in GCC country(KSA、UAE、Oman、Qatar、Kuwait)can provide maintenance services.
6) Original parts: 100% original parts, official maintenance, quality assurance.
4. Not covered by HONOR Care Extended Warranty
1) Any modification, disassembly, or repair without the authorization of HONOR.
2) The nameplate and serial number of the device are missing, damaged or altered, making it is impossible to determine whether it belongs to the guaranteed product.
3) Loss of digital accessories and consumables.
4) Loss caused by intentional actions.
5) Appearance wear, scratches and other losses that do not affect normal use.
6) Failure or damage caused by force majeure (such as earthquakes, fires, tsunamis, radioactive pollution, lightning strikes, etc.) or war, hostilities, military actions, armed conflicts, strikes, riots, terrorist activities, and natural disasters.
7) Non-hardware loss such as data loss.
8) Exceeding the time limit of the guarantee service period.
9) The damaged terminal product is regarded as lost or stolen.
10) Loss caused by falling from a height of more than 20 meters or by being crushed by a car.
11) Missing parts of the product host.
12) System and software problems such as self-flashing, upgrades, and software issues cause functional failure of the device.
13) The cost of sending the device to repair organizations other than the HONOR Authorized Service Center for repair.
14) Loss caused by value reduction after repairing.
5. Assignment or Withdrawal
1) If the terminal product you purchased is returned within seven days of purchase, we will refund the purchase fee of HONOR Care Extended Warranty (only purchased from this mall) in full together with the purchase price.
2) If the terminal product you purchased is exchanged within 14 days of purchase, the replaced terminal product will inherit the rights and interests of the original terminal product.
3) In other cases, it cannot be returned or exchanged.
6. Exclusion of Liability
In no event shall we be liable for any of the following:
1) Loss or loss of records or data of the terminal products you send for repair.
2) We do not assume any responsibility for all kinds of indirect losses caused by product damage (including but not limited to personal injury, loss of income or profit, loss of reputation or reputation, mental loss, loss of failure time, loss of time and lost time and other indirect or incidental losses).
7. HONOR Service Center
It can be sent for repair or sent to any HONOR Customer Service Center in GCC(KSA、UAE、Oman、Qatar、Kuwait).
8. Recycling of replacement faulty parts
The property rights of the faulty parts of the repaired and replaced terminal products belong to HONOR, and we will recycle them through the HONOR Customer Service Center.
