HONOR Screen Repair Service is a service guarantee product provided by HONOR MOBILE ELECTRONICS TRADING L.L.C. This Agreement is a valid contract between you and us for HONOR Screen Repair Service, please read carefully and fully understand this Service Agreement, this Agreement constitutes a binding legal document for both parties. Your purchase shall be deemed to have agreed to or authorized you to enjoy the rights and interests of the Service Products in accordance with this Agreement.

2. Content of the product

3. Service Availability
1) The screen has been broken or cracked due to accidental causes (falling, collision, crushing) to an unusable state.
2) The Service Benefits have not been used during the validity period(180 days validity).
3) The Service is limited to terminal equipment purchased in GCC country(KSA、UAE、Oman、Qatar、Kuwait), and the Service is limited to use in GCC country(KSA、UAE、Oman、Qatar、Kuwait).
4. Service Usage
1) Service Center Repair
Under the premise that the terminal product meets the availability of this service, after purchasing this service at HONOR Official E-commerce, consumers bring the defective machine to the designated HONOR Customer Service Center to use this service, free of labor fee and spare parts fees.
2) Postal Repair
On the premise that the terminal product meets the availability of this service, after consumers purchase this service at the HONOR Official E-commerce, they can use the HONOR Official E-commerce, My Honor App, HONOR Official WhatsApp, use the Send Repair Service to send the terminal device to the designated repair center.
5. Not covered by HONOR Screen Repair Service
1) Any modification, disassembly, repair without the authorization of HONOR.
2) Host product nameplate, serial number missing, damaged or altered and cannot determine whether it belongs to the covered product.
3) Loss of digital accessories and consumables.
4) Losses caused by intentional acts.
5) Disassembly and maintenance at repair points not authorized by HONOR, alteration or modification of the product without HONOR's authorization, or failure to follow HONOR's installation, operation, use, and maintenance instructions.
6) Damage to the product determined to be lost or stolen.
6. Assignment or Withdrawal
1) You are aware that this service is a virtual product, this service needs to be tied to the terminal product you purchased, you may not transfer this service product or rights in any way!
2) This service does not support the application for refunds, seven days no reason to return, if you do not use the service within 180 days after the purchase of the service (the 180 day 24 hours), the expiration of the system will be automatically refunded to you HONOR Screen Repair Service fees, while the termination of this agreement!
3) If the terminal product has a non-man-made performance failure, you apply for a replacement/mainboard replacement according to the warranty policy of the product and have not used the Service, the Service will be transferred to the replaced new product, and the validity period will be recalculated for 180 days from the day of the replacement; for the replacement of the mainboard, the Service will be transferred to the product corresponding to the replaced new serial number, and you can continue to enjoy the Service for the remaining time period.
7. Exclusion of Liability
In no event shall we be liable for any of the following:
1) Loss or loss of records or data of the terminal products you send for repair.
2) We do not assume any responsibility for all kinds of indirect losses caused by product damage (including but not limited to personal injury, loss of income or profit, loss of reputation or reputation, mental loss, loss of failure time, loss of time and lost time and other indirect or incidental losses).
8. HONOR Service Center
1) This service is valid from the date of your purchase to 24:00 on the 180 days. If the rights are not used within the validity period, the system will automatically refund (this service does not support arbitrary refunds). We will refund the money to the original payment account within 14 working days after the expiration date.
2) The service will be naturally terminated under any of the following circumstances:
A. The expiration of the validity date agreed in the Terms of Service.
B. HONOR Screen Repair Service has been used.
3) If we find that you achieve fraudulent purposes by intentionally damaging the product, we have the right to terminate this agreement at any time and refuse to provide HONOR Screen Repair Service without any responsibility. Meanwhile, we will reserve the right to pursue legal responsibility.
9. Recycling of replacement faulty parts
The property rights of the faulty parts of the repaired and replaced terminal products belong to HONOR, and we will recycle them through the HONOR Customer Service Center.
