HONOR Care Extended Warranty is a service guarantee product provided by HONOR MOBILE ELECTRONICS TRADING L.L.C. This Agreement is a valid contract between you and us for HONOR Care Extended Warranty, please read carefully and fully understand this Service Agreement, this Agreement constitutes a binding legal document for both parties. Your purchase shall be deemed to have agreed to or authorized you to enjoy the rights and interests of the Service Products in accordance with this Agreement.
HONOR Care Extended Warranty Product Terms
1. Product name
HONOR Care Extended Warranty (1-year / 6-month)
2. Content of the product
Based on the standard warranty service period, the free maintenance service time for the host will be extended for 1-year / 6-month. (Note: The same terminal product can only be purchased once for HONOR Care Extended Warranty)
3. Product features
GCC warranty: Any HONOR Customer Service Center in GCC country (KSA、UAE、Oman、Qatar、Kuwait) can provide maintenance services.
Original parts: 100% original parts, official maintenance, quality assurance.
4. Not covered by HONOR Care Extended Warranty
1) Exceeding the validity period of the service.
2) The serial code of the fuselage exceeds the warranty period, and there is no valid maintenance certificate or the maintenance certificate is abnormal (including no three-guarantee certificate and valid invoice, and the content on the three-guarantee certificate is inconsistent with the physical identification of the terminal product or has been altered).
3) The nameplate of the fuselage attached to the main engine, such as the serial number label is damaged or lost, the tamper-proof label is damaged or replaced without permission, the waterproof label is discolored, etc.
4) Normal wear and tear, corrosion, oxidation, rust, deterioration and natural wear and tear of the product.
5) Defects in the appearance of the product, such as paint stripping, scratches, fading, etc.
6) Dismantling, repairing, or modifying (including hardware or system software modification) without the permission and authorization of HONOR.
7) Failure to operate in accordance with the instruction manual or connect to accessories other than HONOR, resulting in damage or abnormal function of the host.
8) Failure or damage caused by improper use (e.g., falling, crushing, liquid ingression, etc.).
9) Failure or damage caused by force majeure (such as earthquake, fire, lightning strike, voltage instability, etc.).
5. Assignment or Withdrawal
1) If the terminal product you purchased is returned within seven days of purchase, we will refund the purchase fee of HONOR Care Extended Warranty (only purchased from this mall) in full together with the purchase price.
2) If the terminal product you purchased is exchanged within 14 days of purchase, the replaced terminal product will inherit the rights and interests of the original terminal product.
3) In other cases, it cannot be returned or exchanged.
6. Exclusion of Liability
In no event shall we be liable for any of the following:
1) Loss or loss of records or data of the terminal products you send for repair.
2) We do not assume any responsibility for all kinds of indirect losses caused by product damage (including but not limited to personal injury, loss of income or profit, loss of reputation or reputation, mental loss, loss of failure time, loss of time and lost time and other indirect or incidental losses).
7. HONOR Service Center
It can be sent for repair or sent to any HONOR Customer Service Center in GCC (KSA、UAE、Oman、Qatar、Kuwait).
8. Recycling of replacement faulty parts
The property rights of the faulty parts of the repaired and replaced terminal products belong to HONOR, and we will recycle them through the HONOR Customer Service Center.
